Judge grants Collier attorney access to breath-test machine codes; manufacturer says they’re lost » Marco Eagle. Typical breath alcohol manufacturer bull crap. First, they refuse to let someone have access to the machine to determine whether it is reliable. Then they refuse to let someone have access to the programming of the device (called ‘sourcecode’) in order to determine if it is programmed/designed correctly. Then, after the courts around the country start granting access, they announce that the people can view it at their offices only (making it next to impossible to study). Someone finally has the wherewithall to show up, and the company claims they lost it! The entire design to the machine’s computer? WOW! Maybe the dog ate it!

Man spends 2 years in solitary after DWI arrest. This is the spot where all the MADD supporters, the police and the prosecutors are supposed to jump in and say “but he was accused of drunk driving so he has no rights.” C’mom right-wingers, post something!

Here we go again. Another politician showing off his ‘power’ to abuse freedom loving citizens. They say its legal – I say we take back our rights from the people we trusted to protect them. Do NOT spend any money in Kane County during any weekend where the blood-suckers run their little gauntlets. Both the Tribune and the Sun-Times have deploered these events, but Kane County doesn’t want to listen. Do you know what percentage of people who have had their blood forcibly withdrawn turned out to be UNDER the legal limit? Do some research before you walk in lockstep with these ‘liberty leeches.’ Kane County to step up drunken-driving crackdown on Super Bowl Sunday.
